The standard of music-making at King's is very high. The flagship groups are the orchestra, the concert band, the stage band, the chapel choir and the senior chamber group. In addition there are junior groups for jazz, concert band, chamber trios, a boys choir, percussion group etc. In recent years the concert band has reached silver awards in the National Concert Band Festival and along with the orchestra, won a Gold Medal at the Hawaii Invitational Competition.
