Two King’s students, who finished school last year, performed well in the recent South Auckland vocal competitions. Ben Jackson (Greenbank), added to his straight A+ university exam results by winning the 16-18 years vocal championship, while Francesca McGeorge (Taylor House) received first and second placings in the two classes she entered in the 18-20 year age group.

Another King's student from last year, Alex Milligan (Major) received a high grade (A-) for the performance part of his performance degree at Auckland University last semester.
