King's Students on Top of the World
Thirty-seven New Zealand students who sat University of Cambridge International Examinations in November 2008 achieved international academic success, achieving top marks in the world for their subjects. Of these, there were a number of King’s students who are outstanding scholars and gained Top of The World or Top fo New Zealand status.
Of special note are the achievements of Stephen Mackereth (Year 11) who not only received IGCSE top honours, but also gained 2 top achievement at the AS level usually reserved for students in Year 12,
